什麼情況需要申請建築許可證
情況包括：
- 建造新的房屋
- 在現有建築物上加建
- 興建車庫、車棚
- 完成地下室 (Finishing a basement)
- 將地下室改為第二套房作出租用途
- 建造面積為 15 平方公尺161 平方英尺）或以上的棚屋
- 任何結構或材料改建，包括擴大現有的門窗
- 建造離地面 60 厘米（24 英寸）以上的平台
- 安裝或改裝暖氣(HVAC)和或管道系統(Plumbing system)
